You need much more information in here, it is hard to say if you are on the right path because you don't have much. Yet the two you do have are good :) try looking at others to get more ideas
I think your objectives are clear and by making your interviewee know what you are excepting will help a lot.

Avoiding sensative questions is a very good plan. That will help Keep them from feeling uncomfortable.
